Samples Policy

Shopping for tiles online is surely the best way to do your research. You get to compare ranges, prices, policies all from your computer without having to go spend the day driving around to different tile shops.

However, don't forget to order samples so you can see, touch and feel the tiles . Not only will it give you peace of mind that the tile on the screen appears the same as the tile in your hands, but you can also see how it looks compared to all the other items in your house, such as the cupboards, benches, blinds.

We encourage ordering samples so highly that you can choose up to five tiles through our entire range. The samples are free but shipping is $15 which will come off your order if you choose to place an order with Construction Collection.

Our samples are either 100mmx100mm or full size depending on the tile.

Please note that samples cannot be delivered to PO Boxes.
