Do you deliver or can I pick up?

At the moment we only offer delivery directly to your site.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is a flat rate for metro Sydney.

How do I track my order?

A tracking system is being implemented but right now there is no automatic way to track your order. If you give us a call we can enquire with the freight company and ensure you're called when they are on their way.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

If the order is placed before 12pm then your tiles will most likely arrive the next day, otherwise they will arrive on the second day.

Can you express deliver my order?

It is possible to have same day delivery, though not guaranteed. Reach out to us via email or make a note on your sales order and we will speak to our courier and see what can be arranged.

How will my tiles arrive?

Tiles are placed on a wooden pallet and are cling wrapped and transported on a truck with a crane. Due to their size and weight, the tiles will be placed either on the footpath, in a garage or on the driveway, depending on access. Floorboards are in a cardboard box and will be placed wherever there is easy and safe access.

If I am not home where will you put my order?

Our tiles and floorboards are delivered on the back of a truck with a crane so they will be left either on the curb, the driveway or the garage, depending on access.
