Do you deliver or can I pick up?
Shipping can be either picked up from our supplier's warehouse in Minchinbury or Glendenning or delivered to your site.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is a flat rate for metro Sydney.

How do I track my order?
A tracking system is being implemented but right now there is no automatic way to track your order. If you give us a call we can enquire with the freight company and ensure you're called when they are on their way.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
If the order is placed before 12pm then your tiles will most likely arrive the next day, otherwise they will arrive on the second day.
Can you express deliver my order?
It is possible to have same day delivery, though not guaranteed. Call us on 9999 9999 and we will speak to our courier and see what can be arranged.
