Shipping Policy

Do you deliver or can I pick up?

At the moment we only offer delivery to your site.

How much does shipping cost? 

Shipping is a flat rate for metro Sydney, at $150. If it is a small order that does not require a truck, please let us know in advance.

How do I track my order?

Once you place your order, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number and you can track your order. 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Once an order has been placed and the funds cleared, it should take 3-4 days for the products to be packed and the shipment delivered. 

How will my items arrive?

Tiles are placed on a wooden pallet and are cling wrapped and transported on a truck with a crane or forklift. Due to their size and weight, the tiles will be placed either on the footpath, in a garage or on the driveway, depending on access. Floorboards are in a cardboard box and will be placed wherever there is easy and safe access.

If I am not home where will you put my order?

Our tiles, stone and floorboards are delivered on a truck with a crane or forklift so they will be left either on the curb, the driveway or the garage, depending on access.
